What should I expect on my first visit?

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early
• You will be asked to complete a personal health history form.
• Bring your insurance card(s)
• Copayment, coinsurance or payment in full is expected at time of visit

Your consultation with Dr. Frank will involve a thorough orthopedic and chiropractic examination of the affected area. Together you and the doctor will discuss his findings and develop a treatment plan. An accurate diagnosis is crucial to your health and treatment plan. Common courses of care involve:

• Home protocols like stretching, ice or heat
• A second opinion or alternate evaluation from another healthcare professional
• X-rays or mri images for an accurate picture of the affected area
• Chiropractic care from this office to retrain muscles and realign joints
• Physical therapy or rehabiliation
• Massage therapy or other muscle relaxation

Our treatments are not painful - in fact most patients feel some relief directly after chiropractic adjustment and continue to feel better within 2-3 hours following their visit. Occasionally pain will continue through the first visit until the second adjustment. This is natural as your body is self-correcting. If you are not feeling pain relief after your second visit with us then talk to Dr. Frank about alternate courses of care. Treatment plans vary by patient.
