    Do I have to come back if I am feeling better?

While we will never require additional visits, it is strongly recommended that you follow through with your complete course of treatment as recommended by Dr. Frank. Many times a patient will cancel their next appointment because they are feeling better. Remember though, just because the pain is gone doesn't mean you are 100% healed!

We don't just treat the pain at Mistretta Chirpractic - we treat the cause. Your body is self-adjusting and self-healing. If you wait until pain occurs, or interrupt treatment when you are feeling better, the injury may develop even more and cause worse problems down the road. We want you 100% healthy, healed and feeling great!

Also remember to prevent future injury by following guidelines set by your physicians. Evaluate any strenous activity that may cause damage to your body. Stretch well before doing any physical activity, drink lots of water and consult Dr. Frank immediately if you are in need of chiropractic care as a result of strenuous activity.
